In addition to being a licensed home inspector, I have over 30 years experience in home construction and remodeling. In my previous full time position as an IT manager, I have over 15 years experience which has afforded me the technical expertise which incorporates into my inspections on a daily basis.
This experience and knowledge sets me apart from other inspectors. A thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you choose to allow me to inspect your new home, I will always give my very best effort. This is my promise to you.
